We Stand Behind Every Order

We put our name on everything that leaves our farm. If something isn’t right with your order — whether it arrived damaged, was missing an item, had a quality concern, or something else went wrong on our end — reach out and we’ll make it right. That’s our commitment, full stop.

To get help with an order, email us at info@noblepastures.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful but not always required.

Perishable Products

Because our products are fresh and perishable — raw milk, cream, eggs, cheese, butter, bakery items, and other refrigerated goods — we are not able to accept physical returns. Food safety requires it, and we know you understand.

That said, we will always work with you if something isn’t right. If your order qualifies (see below), we will offer a refund, store credit, or replacement — whichever works best for you.

What’s Covered

The following situations are eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement:

– An item arrived damaged, leaking, or with broken packaging
– An item was missing from your order
– You received the wrong product
– A product had a quality or safety concern at the time of pickup or delivery
– An item was delivered at an unsafe temperature due to a problem on our end

Please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

What’s Not Covered

The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:

– Change of mind or taste preference
– Products that were not refrigerated promptly after pickup or delivery
– Products that were partially consumed before a concern was reported
– Issues reported more than 48 hours after pickup or delivery (unless a food safety concern is involved — those we always want to know about)
– Products affected by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel or change your order? You may do so for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time or delivery window. After that cutoff, your order has likely already been prepared or packed and may not be eligible for cancellation.

To cancel, contact us at info@noblepastures.com or make changes through your account as soon as possible.

Subscription Orders

You may pause, modify, or cancel a recurring subscription order through your account at any time before the order cutoff for the upcoming cycle. Cancellations after the cutoff will take effect on the following order, and the current cycle may be charged as normal.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We can also apply a credit to your store account if you prefer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a product I no longer want?
Because our products are fresh and perishable, we are not able to accept physical returns. If there is a quality or fulfillment issue, we will always work with you to make it right.

What if I received the wrong item?
We’re sorry about that — it doesn’t happen often, but when it does we’ll get the right product to you or issue a full refund. Just send us your order number and a note about what you received.

What if something was missing from my order?
Let us know right away. We’ll review your order and make sure you’re not left short-changed.

I’m concerned a product may have made me ill. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at info@noblepastures.com. Food safety is our highest priority and we take every concern seriously. You may also contact the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Food Safety Program at pa.gov/agencies/pda/food/food-safety.

I missed my pickup window. Can I get a refund?
We understand that life happens. Reach out and we’ll see what we can do. We can’t guarantee a refund for unclaimed orders, especially for perishable items that can no longer be held, but we will always try to work something out.
