By accessing or using noblepastures.com or our online farm store at store.noblepastures.com (together, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use any part of the Site.

This Site provides information about Noble Pastures LLC and its products, and allows customers to purchase farm products through our online store. You may browse, share, and link to our content for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Site to:

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account and to update it promptly if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through the store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order and is processed by our payment processors (Stripe and Zoho Payments). We do not store full payment card data on our servers.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued.

7. Pickup, Delivery, and Fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled via farm pickup or local delivery, subject to availability. Pickup times, delivery zones, order deadlines, and fulfillment schedules are described on the store and are subject to change. It is your responsibility to retrieve your order at the designated time and location. Noble Pastures is not responsible for orders that are unclaimed at pickup or that are affected by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

8. Product Descriptions and Food Safety

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products. However, product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice. Our products include raw and minimally processed farm foods. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood any applicable product descriptions and handling instructions.

9. Refunds and Replacements

Our refund and replacement practices are described in our Refund & Replacement Policy. In general, we address issues of damaged, missing, or quality-deficient products on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@noblepastures.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to report a problem.

10. Subscription Orders

If you have a recurring subscription order, you may pause, modify, or cancel it through your account before the applicable order cutoff deadline. Subscriptions cancelled after the cutoff for a given cycle may be charged for that cycle; the cancellation will take effect on the following order.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photographs, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and other materials — is the property of Noble Pastures LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
