Returns & Refunds Policy

We Stand Behind Every Order

We want every order to arrive the way it should: cold, fresh, and correct. If something goes wrong or you try a product and do not love it, we'll make it right.

Perishable Products

Nearly everything we sell is perishable. Please refrigerate your order (40°F/4°C or colder) as soon as it arrives or as soon as you get home from pickup.

What's Covered

We'll issue a refund or replacement for:

  • Items that arrived damaged
  • Items missing from your order
  • The wrong item sent
  • A genuine quality or food-safety concern with a product
  • An order that arrived above a safe temperature
  • A product you tried and did not like, even if you have consumed part of it

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order about any of the above, including taste concerns after trying a product, so we can look into it promptly.

Taste and Partly Consumed Products

Trying part of a product does not disqualify a request under this guarantee. You generally do not need to send perishable products back; tell us what happened and include your order details.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel or change an order up to 24 hours before it's scheduled to be packed. After that, we may have already prepared it and can't guarantee a change.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Questions

How do I report a problem with my order? Email info@noblepastures.com or call (223) 221-0040 with your order number and what happened.

Do I need to send the product back? Not usually. For a quality or safety concern, we'll typically ask for a photo and a description rather than a return shipment, given the products are perishable.

What if my order arrived warm? Let us know right away, ideally the same day, so we can look into what happened with that shipment.

Is raw milk regulated? Yes. You can read more from the PA Department of Agriculture's Food Safety Program: pa.gov/agencies/pda/food/food-safety.
