1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
2. About Us
Noble Pastures LLC is a working farm at 7445 White Oak Road, Christiana, PA 17509, selling raw A2/A2 milk and other farm products directly to customers by farm pickup and cold shipping.
3. Use of This Site
This site is for browsing our products, placing orders, and managing your account. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access other customers' accounts, disrupt the site's operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Informational Content
Content on this site (including anything under How We Farm, Our Farm, and our FAQ) is provided for general information about our farm and products. It isn't a substitute for your own judgment about what's right for you and your family, particularly regarding raw milk; see the food safety notice in Section 8.
5. User Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
6. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm and prepare your order. Payment is collected through the payment method(s) presented at checkout. Prices, availability, and shipping eligibility by zip code are shown in the store at the time of your order.
7. Pickup, Shipping, and Fulfillment
You may collect your order at the farm (7445 White Oak Road, Christiana, PA; Mondays, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., no charge) or, where your zip code is eligible, have it shipped cold by UPS. Shipped orders must be placed by the cutoff shown in the store (currently Friday at 11:59 p.m.) to go out with that week's shipment; the farm pickup date shown at checkout is separate and is not tied to that same cutoff. Enter your zip code in the store to confirm exactly what can be shipped to your address.
8. Product Descriptions and Food Safety
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but natural variation is normal in farm products. Our milk is raw (unpasteurized). Raw milk carries risks that pasteurized milk does not, and is not recommended for pregnant women, young children, older adults, or anyone with a weakened immune system. If you have questions about food safety for any product on this site, please email info@noblepastures.com or call (223) 221-0040; we're glad to talk it through before you order.
9. Refunds and Replacements
If something arrives damaged, missing, incorrect, or you try a product and do not love it, see our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to report it and what happens next.
10. Intellectual Property
All text, photos, and other content on this site belong to Noble Pastures LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
11. Third-Party Links
This site may link to third-party sites (for example, shipping carriers or payment processors). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The information on this site is provided for general purposes. We stand behind orders as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. To the extent allowed by law, Noble Pastures LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Pennsylvania or federal law that can't be waived.
